Returns & Complaints Policy

1. Warranty
New goods carry a 24-month warranty. Second-hand (used) goods carry a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
2. How to Make a Claim
- Contact us at [email protected] or +420 607 181 111.
- Provide your order number and description of the defect.
- Ship the item to: Vítkova 186/28, 186 00 Prague 8 – Karlín.
- Include a copy of your purchase receipt.
3. Resolution Time
Claims are resolved within 30 days of receipt.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Consumers may return goods within 14 days without reason. Goods must be in original packaging and without signs of use. Exception: opened audio recordings cannot be returned under Czech law (§ 1837(l)).
