Issued in a card sleeve with a booklet and an insert parodying a vintage label-promotional LP inner sleeve. The booklet was printed with 16 pages. However, just prior to release, a legal issue arose over the content of page 6. To comply with a demand to remove this content from the booklet, page 5/6 (also including the lyrics for "Movie Date") was cut out of all copies that had already been received from the manufacturer. For copies not yet shipped by the manufacturer, a new booklet was quickly printed with the challenged material replaced by an explanatory note. Future pressings will correct for this.
