1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the operator of Interpreti.cz (the "Seller") and the buyer when purchasing goods through the web interface.
2. Formation of Contract
Prices are shown including VAT. The buyer's order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed upon the Seller's confirmation. The Seller may refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues.
3. Payment
Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods available on the website. For bank transfers, goods are dispatched after receipt of payment. The buyer bears the risk of currency rate differences.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available within the Czech Republic and internationally via PPL, Zásilkovna, or other carriers. Delivery times depend on supplier availability. The Seller is not liable for carrier or customs delays. All media is packaged with appropriate protection.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Goods must be returned undamaged, in original packaging, within 14 days of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The Seller will refund the purchase price (including basic delivery) within 14 days of receiving the return.
Exception (Czech Civil Code § 1837(l)): The right of withdrawal does not apply to sound recordings, audiovisual recordings, or computer programs supplied in sealed packaging if the consumer has broken the seal. This applies to physical media (CD, LP, DVD) where the seal protects against copying. This exception does not apply if the Seller delivered the item with damaged or open packaging.
6. Warranty
New goods carry a 24-month warranty. Defects must be reported without undue delay. The detailed complaints procedure is in our Returns Policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Czech law. The Seller may update these Terms at any time, effective upon publication.
