Tracks 11 and 12 recorded at Cargo Studio, Rochdale, January 1981. Mixed at Britannia Row, London. Released as a 12" single [url=/Crispy-Ambulance-Live-On-A-Hot-August-Night/release/632760](FAC BN 4)[/url] in July 1981.
Track 13 recorded at Little Big One Studio, Brussels January 1982. Released as a 12" single [url=/Crispy-Ambulance-Sexus/release/46346](FBN 18)[/url].

Live photography from Manchester Polytechnic (20th June 1981) and London Institute Of Contemporary Arts (1st January 1981).

First released on Factory Benelux in 1989 with different artwork. This re-release has the original vinyl LP album artwork.

Initial copies came with dark green cardboard wrapper and golden "benelux" logo. Reverse reads A Factory Benelux Product.
