Released in a slim double jewel clear case, with 12-page booklet and hype sticker (refer below).
This compilation appears to be manufactured sometime between 1999-2005 according to the "Universal M & L, Germany" profile ([l331548]), based on the sequential glass master number at end of Matrix number on CD2 and Mastering SID code IFPI L002.
Both CDs label rim text state "Made in the USA", however "MADE IN GERMANY BY UNIVERSAL M & L" is stamped in the disc hub inner ring.
