The album title, WyrdWeorc, an old English version of WyrdWork, that is a ritual aimed at intervening in wyrd, a Scandinavian concept similar to "fate" but not exactly the same, in order to alter it so that the target person's or persons' fate is affected. Everything one does in his or her life is conditioned by wyrd and at the same time changes wyrd. This means the album itself was predicted by wyrd and is to change somehow personal wyrd of every human involved or inwoven. Including the listener. Meanwhile the whole work preceding and following the album production has had a certain influence on Drauggard members' lives.
