Ultrasonic cleaning removes dust, grease and microscopic debris from the grooves — contaminants that ordinary brushes simply cannot reach. The result is cleaner sound, fewer pops and significantly reduced surface noise.

We use the professional Klaudio KD-CLN-LP200 ultrasonic record cleaner, which uses powerful ultrasonic waves to clean deep inside the grooves — without brushes, without harsh chemicals and without any risk of damaging the record.

The entire process is fully automated: the record is washed, rinsed and dried. It comes out clean, dry and ready to play immediately.

A warped record doesn’t have to be the end of it.

Using the professional ORB DF-01iA+ record flattener from Japan, we can straighten most warped or wavy vinyl records and restore them close to their original shape.

The device works with precisely controlled temperature and constant pressure. The record is heated slowly and evenly, allowing it to flatten without damaging the grooves or affecting sound quality.

The process takes several hours, but the result often means the record can be played again without tracking issues and returned to your collection.
