Issued with a 11" x 23" single-sided fold-out poster.

Track titles differ between the gatefold and labels.

Durations given for index tracks apart from A-II and A-III, which have a combined duration of 4:36 on the side A label. Durations for these tracks do not appear on release and were taken from timing.

Runouts are etched apart from the Capitol "target" logo ◎, which is stamped.
