KDO: Lou Reed je zpěvák, kytarista a spoluzakladatel jedné z nejinspirativnějších kapel rockové historie. Ve Velvet Underground se sešel například s Johnem Calem, další ikonou avantgardní hudby. Po rozpadu skupiny působil dlouhá léte sólově. V textech se často věnoval kontroverzním tématům. V roce 2015 byl in memoriam nominován do Rock’n’rollové síně slávy.
CO: New York je patnácté sólové studiové album amerického hudebníka Lou Reeda, které původně vyšlo v lednu 1989. Deska se setkala s všeobecně kladným přijetím a je považována za jednu z nejlepších v Reedově kariéře, a to zejména kvůli svému silnému obsahu a textové stránce. Skladba Dirty Blvd dokonce dosáhla na vrchol hitparády Billboard Modern Rock Tracks, kde se udržela po čtyři týdny. Ve dvou písních z alba hostuje i původní bubeník The Velvet Underground Moe Tucker. Reedice obsahuje originální album v remasterované podobě (vůbec poprvé od svého vydání), živou rekonstrukci alba poskládanou z různých koncertních záznamů, dále CD s demonahrávkami a ranými verzemi skladeb a na DVD celé vystoupení z Theatre St. Denis Montreal, kde Lou Reed vystupoval v rámci New Yourk Tour v srpnu 1989. Pro audiofily je v boxu album k dispozici také na dvou 180g vinylech.
