First pressing single LP on orange vinyl limited to 100 units; mailorder exclusive sold through Green Hell mailorder website.

Comes in a gatefold jacket printed on heavyweight cardstock within a clear plastic poly sleeve. A black-ink-on-reflective-silver sticker commemorating Relapse's 25th anniversary has been placed on the poly sleeve: "Relapse Records, Est. 1990, 25 years."

A white sticker with the barcode 7 81676 34651 6 has been placed on the rear record. Catalog number on spine: RR7268.

Digital download code printed on lightweight cardstock is included.
