Issued in a standard black tray jewel case with the [Warner 'W' logo] embossed on the front, and containing a 12-page booklet with tracklist, credits, pics and notes.
Some copies issued with an 8-panel folded "The Neil Young Collection" label insert.

Back cover states this was "manufactured in Germany by Record Service GmbH, Alsdorf", but matrix number shows this is in fact manufactured by WME.
